The Diploma for IT Users – Level 1 is a two year program which has been carefully designed to meet the requirements to work in IT field, a constantly changing and challenging environment. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be acquainted with IT, so we try to keep our entry requirements to a minimum. To obtain this qualification, you need to obtain a minimum of 37 credits from our wide array of City and Guilds modules which are of 1, 2 or 3 credits.

Career Overview
Data entry Clerk: Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing data entry priorities.
Executive Officer: Responsible for delivering proper office and clerical services: Provides word-processing and secretarial support, pick up and assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Business Administration assistant: Effective at working and communicating online, prepare documents and reports on the computer.
