The Diploma for IT Users – Level 2 is a two year program comprised of elaborated modules that will help students to be employable in the IT industry. An industry standard-led approach underpins the philosophy and the design of this program. You need to obtain a minimum of 39 credits from our wide array of modules which are of 2 or 3 credits to obtain this qualification.

Career Overview
Business Administrator: Manage budgets, Study economic and market trends.
Web development assistant: Create and edit content in HTML and program web sites using web authoring software, such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Prepare images for use on the web site by cropping, resizing or modifying with Adobe Photoshop, while at the same time supporting the marketing goals of the organisation.
Assistant Software application specialist: Provide support for user security, user interface management and support, troubleshooting user issues, implementation of new functionality, and creation of reports for data analysis.
